We saddle up quickly! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes breeches don’t fit perfectly or your horse might prefer a different fly rug. Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as a well-executed dressage movement.

  • Condition: Items must be unused with original tags/packaging
  • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return:
    Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:

    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Receive Approval & Instructions:
    Within 24 hours (faster than a groom prepping for a show!), we’ll email you:
    • Return authorization number
    • Shipping instructions

  3. Ship Your Return:
    Package items securely in original packaging when possible. Include:
    • The return authorization slip
    • All original tags and accessories
    • A copy of your order confirmation

    Important: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Issuance: Processed back to your original payment method
  • Bank Processing: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Requests

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • Expedited shipping options available for competition emergencies

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of both horses and riders, these items cannot be returned:

  • Grooming Products (opened containers for hygiene reasons)
  • Digestive Health supplements (regulatory requirements)
  • Customized/Tailored Items (made-to-order breeches or country wear)
  • Used Equipment (safety gear like body protectors cannot be resold once worn)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your arena equipment arrives damaged or you received the wrong jodhpurs:

  • Include photos of the damaged/wrong item
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  • Expect priority processing for these cases
