We saddle up quickly! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes breeches don’t fit perfectly or your horse might prefer a different fly rug. Our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as a well-executed dressage movement.

Package items securely in original packaging when possible. Include:- The return authorization slip
- All original tags and accessories

Important: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Information
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund Issuance: Processed back to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchange Requests
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of both horses and riders, these items cannot be returned:
- Grooming Products (opened containers for hygiene reasons)
- Digestive Health supplements (regulatory requirements)
- Customized/Tailored Items (made-to-order breeches or country wear)
- Used Equipment (safety gear like body protectors cannot be resold once worn)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your arena equipment arrives damaged or you received the wrong jodhpurs:

- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
